SESSION DESCRIPTIONS

Mindfulness for Stress & Resilience from Tonya Vyhlidal

Every one of us has stress in our lives but some of us have chronic stress, combined with trauma, combined with care fatigue – the list goes on and on. This session will educate you about stress and provide you with the information and activities you can use to build mindfulness into your life to build greater resilience and build greater personal peace in your life.

Overcoming Obstacles and Burnout: The Road to Resilience from Tonya Vyhlidal

Chronic stress combined with a series of setbacks, personal and professional obstacles, and other life issues can cause chronic stress and burnout. This session will provide tools and resources on how to integrate healthy coping strategies and stress management techniques into your life to help you become more resilient and more positive.

2020 Lessons Learned & Idea Sharing

So much was new last year, and everyone had to adapt. Let's share what has worked and what didn't, so we can all learn from each other. This time of sharing could open another church professional's eyes to something new that their congregation can try in the future.

Tonya Vyhlidal is a senior-level executive with more than 20 years of leadership and coaching experience. With vast experience in building world-class health and wellness programs, she creates workplace excellence by integrating company wellness, safety, occupational health, and benefits programs into a comprehensive plan that enhances company culture.
