Ministering to Those with Anxiety and Depression

October 6, 2018

9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Swanson Center
Carol Joy Holling Camp

Depression and anxiety, although rarely discussed, impact your congregants. This one-day workshop is for church workers to gain basic knowledge of depression and anxiety, discover resources and think about how to best support and love those in your community impacted by depression and anxiety. The goal of this workshop is to be a springboard of learning, so you can go back into your contexts with the ability to use what you’ve learned to minister more fully to your congregants, but also to be better able to determine where you may need to seek more information.
